About Lone Star

Precision, innovation and craftsmanship.

We produce tools, dies, gages and fixtures to order based on part-print specifications. The process starts by developing an efficient manufacturing approach, then designing tooling around production volume, raw material, complexity, finish requirements and datum structure.

Dies can range from single-hit operations to hand transfer, progressive and complex mechanical transfer dies with integral multi-axis transfer systems.
